We make returns easy

All our products come with a 90 day no questions asked return window. Meaning, you will have 90 days to get all your money back for any reason.

There are some exceptions to this which we will cover below.

Return Process in 3 Easy Steps

Pack & Ship

Let us know within 90 days of your order that you would like to return the item and get your money back.

We will email you a prepaid return label.

Use the same packaging your original order came with and send it to us. Once you have mailed it and we can verify that it has been accepted by the carrier we move to the next step.

We Refund the Order

Once we can confirm that stap one is finished we will process the refund and wait for your return.

NOTE: The refund will not be complete until step three, but it will begin processing.

Final Refund Product Check

Once your return arrives at our warehouse we do a final product check to verify that there is no damaged to the item.

We release the refund and the process is complete.

Replacements

My Order Came Damaged or Does Not Work

It sucks, but this can happen to anyone and happens more often than you may think.

We make it easy to get a replacement and in some cases you don't even need to return the product.

First thing's first. You need to get in touch with us by email, phone, or our online chat.

Explain what is wrong or what is not working. We may have an easy solution that may fix the problem.

Ship it back or take a quick video

After having a quick chat with a customer support member and we have determined that your product is defective or damaged, we will send you a brand new one free of charge.

Take a video of the item showing that it is broken or defective and we will process a replacement within 24 hours.

Otherwise, you will need to mail it back to us so that we can verify the item is damaged or defective.

Replacement in the mail

Once we have verified your item by either a submitted video or by mail we will process your replacement within 24 hours.

You will receive a confirmation email and new tracking number.

1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?

We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or has SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money! Click here to Contact Us 

2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?

We offer FREE exchanges and returns if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of our fault. If a problem is present, please inform us within 90 days of receiving your order.

If the item is defective or damaged during shipping we will ship out a replacement to you for free. If you would like to return an item for any other reason, it must be Unopened and shipped to the return address provided to you.
