To Power on for first use or after being manually turned off, take each earbud out of the case and press its button for three seconds until you hear "Power on".   

If they have previously been paired together, and they were not manually turned off by pressing the control button for 4 seconds, they will automatically power on and pair together and connect to the last connected device in range within a few seconds after removing them from the case.

Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service, so orders will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the order date. Please note that we process orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.

Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service, so we process and ship orders as quickly as possible.   Unfortunately, we cannot control the speed at which USPS or UPS processes and delivers your order. 

Once you place your order, if you selected Free Shipping, please allow 7 - 10 days to receive your order within the United States.  

If you selected Expedited Shipping, you should receive your order within 3 - 5 days within the United States.

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which includes a link for Tracking.

If you want to cancel your order prior to shipping, please email us as soon as possible, and we will cancel it and issue a full refund.   

In the event that your order was shipped prior to the time your cancellation email was received to our inbox, we cannot issue a refund until you ship the item back to us and we receive it in unopened condition.  In this case, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
