STEP_1. Put your JAMKIX earbuds in the charging case.
Note: It takes approximately ONE hour to fully charge the case. To prevent damage to the electronics, do not overcharge. Unplug the case as soon as the Green light stops flashing.
STEP_2. Take out both of your JAMKIX from the charging case at EXACTLY the same time.
STEP_3. For first time pairing, Press and Hold both control buttons down for about 3 seconds and while holding them close or putting them in your ears, you should hear, "Power On" and shortly after "Pairing". Afterwards, when you remove them from the case, they should power on and pair and connect automatically to the last connected device within range.
STEP 4: Once they are turned on and paired, you should be able to find JAMKIX Pro on your device under Bluetooth. Select JAMKIX pro from your device settings and hit connect.
To Power on for first use or after being manually turned off, take each earbud out of the case and press its button for three seconds until you hear "Power on".
If they have previously been paired together, and they were not manually turned off by pressing the control button for 4 seconds, they will automatically power on and pair together and connect to the last connected device in range within a few seconds after removing them from the case.
Repeat track (replay same song from the beginning) when playing:
Double press (2 times quickly) the LEFT earbud
Skip track backward (to previous song) when playing:
Double press (2 times quickly) the left earbud TWICE. (The first double press will jump to the beginning of the current track, and the second double press made within one second will skip to the previous track.)
Skip track forward (to next song) when playing:
Double press the right earbud
Volume Up
Triple Press (3 times quickly) the RIGHT earbud
Volume Down
Triple Press (3 times quickly) the LEFT earbud
Power Off
Press and hold for 4 seconds and you will hear "Power Off".
For the best listening experience open "SETTINGS" on your Mobile device, select "MUSIC," select "EQ" (Equalizer), scroll down and select "SMALL SPEAKER" and it will give your JamKiX Pro earbuds a nice boost in bass, vocals, and clarity.
Note: This is not necessary to enjoy your earbuds, but it improves the sound quality.

Sometimes the gold contacts on the earbuds become coated with oils from perspiration or other substances that prevent electrical current from flowing which stops them from being charged. If this occurs, clean the contacts for the buds and the case with a dry napkin or a Q-Tip wet with colloidal silver or a mild cleaner. Then place them back in the case for charging.
When the earbuds have clean contacts and are charging properly, the tiny red LED on the lower surface of each earbud will be illuminated for a minute or two.

1. Reset the pairing by placing both earbuds back into the case and let them charge for about 15 minutes while you go to your phone BlueTooth settings and delete or forget any JamKiX or AirBeats devices.
2. Take both buds out of the case at EXACTLY the same time which should cause them to pair together within a few seconds. The LED light on one will flash blue and red while the LED light on the other more slowly flashes blue.
3. Check your Bluetooth settings and only one JamKiX device should appear.
4. Select the JamKiX device to pair for stereo. When one or both are connected to a device through BlueTooth, the LED slowly flashes blue.
With a Bluetooth headset device, you can talk on your phone without having to hold the phone to your ear — and without any cords running from the phone to your earpiece. You’ve probably come across plenty of people talking on Bluetooth headsets. You might even have wondered whether they were a little crazy talking to themselves. Well, call yourself crazy now, because when you start using a Bluetooth headset, you might never want to go back.
Not surprisingly, Galaxy S20 phones can connect to Bluetooth devices. The first step to using a Bluetooth headset with your phone is to sync the two devices. Here’s how:
From the Home screen on your phone, slide up to get to the Apps screen. This gets you to the list of all the applications on your phone.
Flick or pan to the Settings icon and tap it. The Settings icon is shown here. This screen holds most of the settings that you can adjust on your phone. If you prefer, you can also bring down the notification screen and tap the gear icon or tap the menu button on the Home screen. All these actions will get you to the same place. Tapping on the Settings icon brings up the screen shown. The Settings screen.
Tap the Connections icon. All the options for connectivity on your phone appear.
Tap the Bluetooth icon. This will bring up one of the two screens shown in the following figure. If Bluetooth is off, it will look like the screen to the left. If it is on, it will look like the screen on the right.
The Bluetooth Settings screens.
Put the phone in to Pairing mode by turning on Bluetooth or by turning Bluetooth off and on again. This step enables your phone to be visible to other Bluetooth devices. This state will last for about 60 seconds — enough time for you to get your Bluetooth device into pairing mode so that both devices can negotiate the proper security settings and pair up every time they “see” each other from now on. For example, the phone in the right image recognizes its old friend, the Plantronics Backbeat Pro. This device and the phone are shown in this image trying to re-establish a connection. The Backbeat Pro and this phone had a connection at one time. That connection was broken. Now they want to pair up again. This is automatic once you exchange the correct security code.
Next, put your headset into sync mode. Follow the instructions that came with your headset. After a moment, the phone “sees” the headset. When it does, you’re prompted to enter the security code, and the software keyboard pops up.
Enter the security code for your headset and then tap the Enter button.
The security code on most headsets is 0000, but check the instructions that came with your headset if that number doesn’t work.
Your phone might see other devices in the immediate area. If so, it asks you which device you want to pair with. Tap the name of your headset.
Your headset is now synced to your phone. If you turn one on when the other is already on, they recognize each other and automatically pair up.
Some manufacturers make it easier to link via Bluetooth. For example, you may have received a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds. With these ear buds, you simply open the case where you store the buds with your phone in scan mode. You’re asked to connect, and it’s all done. Don’t be surprised when it’s even easier than the steps listed in this article!
